Q: What is a pre-order?
A: A pre-order means you're reserving a product before it's officially produced and shipped. This guarantees you'll get your pins before they sell out!
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Pre-orders will be produced and packed between Jun 1– Jun 14. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because these are limited-run pre-orders, all sales are final once placed. However, if you made a mistake or need to update your address, email me ASAP at info@inguilloart.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now, this drop is US only due to shipping costs and fulfillment times. Stay tuned for future international options!
Q: What’s the early bird deal?
A: The full 15-pin set is available for $179 (early bird) from April 16–18. After that, it goes up to the regular price of $198.
Q: Will these pins be restocked?
A: This is a limited run! I may not restock all designs, so if there's a favorite, now’s the time to grab it.
