I ship orders out every Friday. Please keep in mind it’s just me individually packing and shipping your orders during these challenging times.

Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in shipping. Once your order is PROCESSED (see above question), it'll take 2-15 business days.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, let us know!

Please send us a message along with your order number via email [info@inguilloart.com] if you receive any damaged or wrong item within 21 business days (3 weeks) since the ship date to adjust any issue you may have. We cannot assist you after 21 business days (3 weeks).

All sticker & art print sales are final, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
For apparel, you may request a return through our contact form, or send an email at info@inguilloart.com. Please provide your name and order number when you submit your request. If there are any defects, please attach photos to the email as well.
*Returns are free only for Domestic U.S. customers.
For all international customers, the return charges are within the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error with said order.
The following criteria that must be met when proceeding with all returns:

The item must NOT be damaged in any way
The item must NOT be used
The item must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was sold
The item must be a product sold in our store
Once we have received your return(s), we will notify you withing 21 days regarding your refund issuance. The refund should take about 7-14 business days to process. Any further delay in refund transit time once confirmation has been sent falls solely with the bank/payment processor.
DISCLAIMER
Returns and exchanges can only be made within 14 days after the order was received.
ALL refunds may take up to 10-14 days to process.

After 30 days have passed, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason.
